Confidential Virtual Assistance

What is a Virtual Assistant?
A virtual assistant is a person who keeps the administrative side of your business from getting too OUT OF CONTROL.  They provide administrative assistance to small business owners, virtually.

Why would I need one?

Think of it as an extra set of hands without the extra headache of taxes, workers compensation, extra office equipment, and invasion of space.

As a judgment recovery professional, there is a LOT of paperwork that goes into running a successful business. You can spend, on average, two hours per case on paperwork from solicitation letters all the way to a SOJ (satisfaction of judgment).  What if you could cut that down by at least half?  What would you do with that extra hour? Go to the courthouse and find other cases, visit the sheriff’s office, etc

As a private investigator, you need to keep accurate records as well as be able to place your findings in easy to read and understand reports in case you have to present them in a court of law. This could take on average, three to four hours per case just for the administrative side of it, not to mention the field work.  That’s hours spent inputting case data into databases and keeping track of and creating reports about what you discovered. What would you do with that extra three or four hours?

As a collection agency, there is more to your work than just making phone calls to get debtors to pay.  You need to send out collection letters, demand letters, and input data into databases to keep your records organized.  This could take, on average, 2-3 hours per bad debt.  What could you be doing for those 2-3 hours? You could be making phone calls to other debtors, soliciting more business, etc
